Everything you need to get your vehicle inspected.

A roadworthiness test is one of the most important responsibilities of every driver to ensure a safe road culture for all road users. Compulsory inspections are carried out regularly for different types of vehicles, but depend on the age and type of vehicle.

This article provides a comprehensive overview of what vehicle inspections are, how they are carried out and how to successfully pass a mandatory inspection.

Technical inspection reminder

When you come for a roadworthiness test, take your vehicle registration certificate with you, which will be endorsed after the test. If you are coming for a re-inspection, you must also take the inspection card from the previous inspection.

Before you come for the inspection, make sure you have a fire extinguisher, a fire extinguisher harness and a fire extinguisher harness.

  • Sunshade and hood opening lever
  • Gear lever and parking brake lever
  • Window regulator switches and levers

Car inspection – what happens during the roadworthiness test

At our inspection points, there is a comfortable customer waiting area where customers can feel at ease during the inspection.

The waiting area is located at a safe distance (about 5 metres) from the vehicle inspection, but you can always keep an eye on your car.

We take the necessary conditions to prevent the spread of coronavirus seriously.

Car inspection and technical check

In addition to the regular roadworthiness test, we also carry out technical inspections, on request, on a component-by-component basis: brakes, chassis, lights, exhausts, shock absorbers.

It is a good idea to have a roadworthiness test carried out if you hear/feel any unusual sounds/behaviour on the car, or before buying or selling the vehicle.

As a new service, we have added a paint thickness measurement, which provides information on the quality of a possible post-crash paint job.
